There is a recent trend for very dark (black) backgrounds.  This uses a lot of ink. We reserve the right to charge extra for these backgrounds. Effective November 2010 an extra .50/ft2

Currently we are using a satin finish paper.

Please pay by ISR (Interdepartmental Supply Requisition) - you need an account code (please use complete chartfield) to charge and an authorized signature. Bring the signed ISR with you. For those paying with personal cheque, please make it out to "Queen's University". Cash payments (exact change please) are not preferred but will be accepted.

Regular Orders:

Please give us two days advance notice that you are going to need our printing service and make an appointment. Printing takes less than 20 minutes. Make sure you print a small proof to check for errors before bringing it for printing.

Large Orders:

Course co-ordinators, researchers or others recommending our printing service to a large number of people should  contact us directly to make sure we can handle the volume expected. Let us know if a course poster session or research conference is coming up. This service was intended only for the School of Environmental Studies but has grown considerably. We reserve the right to limit the amount of printing we do in a week. If we cannot help you, there are other printers on campus. Medical Photography in Etherington Hall provides a more sophisticated service and can help with technical problems. There are poster printing facilities in the JDUC. Off campus, Staples and Print Three are able to print posters.
