The Dunin-Deshpande Queen’s Innovation Centre is searching across campus and in the community for the next batch of innovators with a capacity for creativity, a tolerance for risk, and an interest in entrepreneurship!
QICSI participants receive $10,000 to focus on launching a new business venture in teams from May-August. This incredible opportunity to receive support and funding while launching a business venture includes a two-week intensive bootcamp delivered by entrepreneurs and business strategists, mentorship from Queen’s entrepreneurial alumni network, $4,000 in milestone-based seed funding for the venture, office space, professional services, and a pitch competition with additional prizes up to $30,000!
QICSI will accept individuals who are open to meeting new people, selecting their co-founders within the cohort, and launching a new venture next summer. The venture can be in any sector (as long as it’s legal). Ventures in health innovation receive access to additional supports and networks available through the Health Innovation YGK ecosystem.
