View Classroom Accommodations
Classroom accommodations are now automatically applied to all your courses.
You can opt out of your classroom accommodations in each of your courses on Ventus.
This gives you more control and preferences for each individual class.
NOTE:
- If you cannot see the required course check that you are in the current semester.
- If you require any additions or changes, please contact your QSAS Advisor.
- First-year students or students not familiar with the course are recommended to apply all accommodations to their courses.
To view classroom accommodations:
- Go to Courses on the Ventus navigation bar.
- Select the current semester from the Semester dropdown menu and click the blue Go button.
The courses you are enrolled in will now appear. - To view the classroom accommodations click on the course name.
- You will now see all classroom accommodations that you have Applied or Opted out of for that course.
Opt-out of Classroom Accommodations
To opt-out of classroom accommodations:
- Go to Courses on the Ventus navigation bar.
- Select the current semester from the Semester dropdown menu and click the blue Go button.
The courses you are enrolled in will now appear. - Click on the course you wish to opt-out of your classroom accommodations.
- Click the checkboxes for the accommodation(s) you would like to opt-out.
- Click the green Submit button.
- The classroom accommodation status will now appear as Opted out.
