Join event emcee and TSN 1290 radio host Rick Ralph, mental health advocate Michael Redhead Champagne, and Queen's University Bell Canada Mental Health and Anti-Stigma Research Chair Dr. Heather Stuart, to learn more about the stigma that surrounds mental illness, how it impacts those suffering, and their family and friends. The discussion will focus on Dr. Stuart's five simple ways each one of us can play a role in ending the stigma around mental illness.

The presentation will be followed by a question period and light refreshments.
