Volunteer Awards and Recognition

Presented annually to the alumnus/alumna who best exemplifies Marsha Lampman's outstanding dedication and service to a Branch, Chapter or Reunion of the Queen's University Alumni Association.
The Queen’s Student Alumni Association (QSAA) Volunteer of Distinction Award was introduced in 2009 to recognize outstanding volunteers of the QSAA. Award recipients are honoured at the Queen's University Alumni Association Alumni Awards Gala.
In 2022 the QUAA Board of Directors decided to retire this award. This decision was made based on the expansion of criteria in the Marsha Lampman Volunteer Award. The QUAA respectfully acknowledges the past recipients of the Rising Star Volunteer Award and would like to thank these outstanding volunteers for their service to Queen’s and Queen’s alumni. Any questions regarding this award can be directed to the QUAA Board.
