Jake Norman is the Head of Agency Development at Facebook Canada. In this role, Jake partners with agencies to ensure that they are maximizing the return from their clients' investment across Facebook and Instagram platforms.

Jake joined Facebook in May 2015 after spending 15 years at Mindshare, most recently as President and Chief Strategy Officer. Jake led a cross-functional group of Managing Directors which included Client Leadership, Research, and HR. He is originally from Ireland, has a Law degree and a Masters of Science in Advertising.
