AMS Phoenix Project: A Call to Caring is focused on making a positive and lasting difference in how health professionals develop and sustain their abilities to provide humane, compassionate, person-centered care.
As Queen’s celebrates its 175th anniversary this year, Phoenix at Queen's will be holding a symposium on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 2:30-4:30 PM to share the advances we have made to A Call to Caring through research and fellowship activities funded by the AMS Phoenix Project.
Mr. Jeffrey Simpson, Arts’71, LLD’05, award-winning journalist with the Globe and Mail and author of Chronic Condition will give the keynote address. The symposium will be followed by the Dean's Annual Homecoming Alumni Reception.
