Electrical and Computer Engineering Open House

Join the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering for an open house in Walter Light Hall. This all-ages event is an opportunity to learn what's new with the department and the university, reconnect with former classmates, and meet current students. Please register so we can anticipate who's coming, however, alumni may enjoy the open house day-of without registration.

Since 1983 Walter Light Hall has been home to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Queen's. The seven-story building, made possible by a grant from the estate of the late Joseph S. Stauffer, Sc'20, was named after Queen's Electrical Engineering graduate Walter F. Light, Sc'49.

Please meet at the main doors of Walter Light Hall. The main entrance of Walter Light Hall has a set of several stairs leading up to the doors. Please use the East or West doors if you need an accessible entrance. For inquiries or accommodations, please contact Sarah Chapman, Communications and Events Officer.
