Breaking the Silence: Join the conversation on mental health and anti-stigma

The third annual Bell lecture on Mental Health and Anti-Stigma featured Heather Stuart, Bell Canada Mental Health and Anti-Stigma Research Chair, with lived experience by Marthe Bernard from the TV show Republic of Doyle. Alumni and friends in the Halifax area were invited to join the conversation on mental health and end the stigma related to mental illness.

Hosted by Canadian actor, comedian and social activist, Mary Walsh, the public lecture was followed by a question and answer period for those in attendance. This third installment of the annual lecture was made possible by Bell’s gift to the Queen’s Initiative Campaign that is making a difference on campus and around the world.
