I am grateful to be doing my PhD at Queen's University, where I have access to vital equipment that helps me with my research on wastewater, chemistry, and the environment.
I feel blessed to have access to the meditation space in the office of Interfaith Services here at Queen’s. Meditation helps me calm down and improves my productivity levels. It helps me overcome personal and academic challenges. All of these elements are important factors in my success in the academic environment.
