Physics PhD candidate Troy Allen received the Best Presentation Award among all speakers at the 4-day 11th CIRP Conference in Photonics Technologies ("LANE 2020", Germany). He receives € 1,000 and an invitation to present in the plenary session at LANE 2022. Troy's talk was titled Simultaneous in operando monitoring of keyhole depth and absorptance in laser processing of AISI 316 stainless steel at 200 kHz. Congratulations Troy!
