Toronto Branch Spring Wellness Event

The sun shines through a grove of trees on a sunny, green field covered with flowers.

On March 31, 2021, the Queen's Toronto Alumni Branch hosted an innovative, one-hour interactive virtual event on wellness and self-care to support the alumni community during the COVID-19 pandemic. All alumni were invited to participate, regardless of their physical location. Panelists included Queen's alumni based in Toronto as well as members of the Queen's University Student Affairs Office. After the event, all attendees were sent a wellness resource guide that complemented the ideas discussed during the event. All day-of attendees were entered into a raffle to win one of two wellness-prize packs. The prizes were donated or purchased from small businesses owned by Queen's Alumni.
