Our featured speakers will be Jennifer Eshleman, Artsci'12, Lawyer in the Wills, Estates + Trusts Practice Group at Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP, and Gillian Crouch, Artsci'08, Estate Planning and Administration Lawyer, Gillian Crouch Law.
This morning event will include a light breakfast and coffee, tea, and juice. There will be time set aside for answering audience questions, which can also be submitted in advance.

Jen’s practice focuses on trust and estate matters. She enjoys advising clients on various aspects of estate and incapacity planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare representation agreements. She also advises clients on the use of trusts to facilitate their estate planning and succession planning goals. Furthermore, Jen helps guide clients in navigating times of loss in estate administration matters.
Jen also enjoys assisting clients at pivotal moments, such as the set-up of their businesses and the purchase and sale of their homes.
Jen is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She also regularly teaches courses for the Okanagan College’s Continuing Education Program.

Gillian Crouch is a wills and estates lawyer in Vancouver who focuses on providing understandable and thorough legal advice to her clients. Gill works with clients to prepare wills, powers of attorney, trusts and other estate planning documents and also advises executors during the estate administration process.
Currently, Gillian is the Chair of the of the British Columbia Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Vancouver Section and is a co-author of the “Pre-Application Matters in Estate Grants” chapter in the CLE British Columbia Probate and Estate Administration Practice Manual. In 2020, she received the award for highest mark in the Trust and Estate Planning course for her TEP designation, and has been selected by peers for inclusion in the 2021 and 2022 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada (Trusts and Estates).
In her spare time, she can be found riding her mountain bike or enjoying some coffee (with Baileys) by a campfire.
