This celebration features a private performance by The Isabel Quartet, followed by a reception.

- Agnes Etherington Art Centre
Enjoy a specially crafted tour illuminating extraordinary works by renowned artist, Rembrandt van Rijn, including a most recent acquisition, Portrait of a Man with Arms Akimbo. The Agnes is proud to hold three of the six authenticated paintings by Rembrandt in Canadian public galleries. In celebration of our 60th Anniversary, the guided tour will also highlight Agnes Etherington's house, along with our current exhibitions in contemporary, Canadian, European and African art. - Miller Museum of Geology
Learn about geology - the study of the Earth, during this engaging introduction to the various aspects of the science. An interactive overview of rocks, minerals, fossils, and Earth processes illustrated with many touch samples (including a meteorite, a dinosaur bone, examples of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks and mineral ores) that are circulated around the group. Program delivery takes approximately 40 minutes, followed by 15-20 minutes of exploration time in the museum galleries featuring a dinosaur exhibit, and recently updated displays of minerals and rocks. - Clinical Simulation Centre, School of Medicine
Discover the fascinating, high-tech, learning that goes on in the Medical Building. The Clinical Simulation Centre and Anatomy Lab will be the focus of this tour, demonstrating the unique learning spaces housed in this facility. - Machine Shop, Prototyping facilities and Engineering Student Design Teams, McLaughlin Hall
Join us in the McLaughlin Hall Machine Shop for a tour of a full-service machine and fabrication shop. A lot has changed over the years as we have kept up to date through donor and Faculty investment in CNC machinery and additive manufacturing (3D printing). Also ready to meet with you are the students who commit thousands of hours outside of the classroom to three of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science competition design teams: Baja SAE, Formula SAE, and our newest vehicle team - Queen's Supermileage. Check out the cars that are completely designed and built on campus and then compete every year across North America.
