Title: The Schur Root Stabilizing Subgroups of Quivers in the Finite and Tame Type A Cases

Abstract: In this talk, we will discuss some results from my master's thesis on Weyl groups of quivers. An acyclic quiver Q comes endowed with a set of Schur roots, which play an important role in the geometry of the representations of Q. Given Q and its Weyl group W, we introduce the notion of the Schur root stabilizing subgroup of W, which stabilizes this set of Schur roots. We discuss some of its properties in the representation-finite and tame cases, and in the type \tilde{A_n} case, we will give a complete combinatorial description and show that different orientation-classes \tilde{A}_{p,q} can have non-isomorphic subgroups.
