She takes particular interest in questions related to distributive justice and global justice. Her work on comparative political philosophy has appeared in Journal of Social and Political Philosophy.

Udo Schüklenk, Professor of Philosophy and Ontario Research Chair in Bioethics at Queen’s University, was on CBC’s Canada Tonight with Ginella Massa, discussing the US border opening and vaccine matching.
The interdisciplinary project, “Toppling Monuments: Colonial Trauma, Justice, Heritage, and Restorative Healing”, was recently awarded funding as part of the Wicked Ideas Competition, a Vice-Principal Research initiative to fund and support research collaboration and excellence. The funded "Wicked Ideas" respond to local, national and global challenges by supporting the formation of interdisciplinary research teams that offer the expertise and perspectives needed to tackle these challenges.

We are excited to announce that Dr. Dalitso Ruwe has just joined the Department of Philosophy as Assistant Professor in Black Political Thought. Dr. Ruwe comes to Queen’s from a Post-Doctoral Fellowship with the Extending New Narratives in the History of Philosophy at the University of Guelph.
