Register with QSAS through Ventus
The first time logging into Ventus you will be required to complete an Intake Form and add Disability Information and Documentation.
- The information you provide is used to help QSAS offer you appropriate support. All the information you provide will be seen only by staff at QSAS and will be kept confidential. View the QSAS Statement of Confidentiality.
- You can save the form at any time without submitting it, best practice is to save often. Please note that QSAS can only access your information once it is submitted.
