Summerhill Sendoff

Kingston, ON

Congratulations to the Queen's Class of 2024 on their remarkable achievement! As they embark on the next chapter of their journey, the Queen's Student Alumni Association (QSAA) invites new grads, alumni, families and friends, to a special Summerhill Sendoff to commemorate their journey from student to alumni.

At this exclusive event new grads can connect with fellow classmates, and alumni can reminisce about their time at Queen's while welcoming the class of 2024 into the alumni community. This reception will be happening outside of Summerhill, the oldest building at Queen's. There will be refreshments, live music, and Summerhill will be decorated in tricolour for the occasion.

Summerhill Sendoff will happen from both Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, June 20 from 11 am - 2 pm. This event is open and all are welcome to attend. While registration is encouraged, it is not required to attend.

Here's what to expect:

  • Networking opportunities: Forge new connections and expand your professional network with fellow graduates and alumni.
  • Career Support: Learn about career development resources, job opportunities, and mentorship programs tailored to you to help you thrive in your chosen field.
  • Degree Frames: Commemorate your achievement with a stunning diploma frame available for purchase during the event. Choose from a variety of styles to display your degree proudly. Pre-order your frame to have it as soon as you graduate.
  • Refreshments: Enjoy refreshments and snacks as you mingle and celebrate your accomplishments.
