SPS SharePoint HubDECEMBER 2025 RECONCILIATION REMINDERS
The deadline to reconcile, submit and approve December 2025 Expense Reports in CentreSuite is Dec. 23, 2025.
Reminders on Reconciliation:
- PCards and Departmental TCards need to be reconciled monthly and submitted for approval in CentreSuite
- Failure to reconcile on a monthly basis will result in the card being cancelled
- If you do not see an approver in CentreSuite please email creditcards@queensu.ca
- Strongly suggest that cardholders reconcile credit card on a daily/weekly basis and then review and submit on the first day of reconciliation period to allow approvers time for processing and corrections if required

Cards must be reconciled monthly and approved in CentreSuite by the dates stipulated above.
Failure to reconcile monthly will result in cards being cancelled by SPS.
Reconciliation training can be found once you sign into Queen's OnQ. You may also contact the Credit Card team at creditcards@queensu.ca for one-on-one training specific to Queen's University.
