Each year, Queen's University produces a "Guide to Registration and Fees". This publication lists various dates and deadlines, as well as providing a detailed listing of tuition and other fees, SOLUS instructions, and important contacts for various offices and departments.

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is here to provide service to you.

We have adjusted our services to online delivery in an effort to help reduce the global spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Our commitment to provide support to you remains our priority during this time and our core operations will continue.  As many staff within the OUR are working remotely, we would ask that your inquiries be directed as follows:

If you wish to submit a request to have a form completed (i.e. CPP) or request a letter (i.e. degree certificate) please visit for easy and complete instructions on how to submit the Document Request Form.  Please continue to watch for updates on our web site.
