GRADflix offers an exciting opportunity for graduate students to share their current research in a dynamic and creative way, gain insights into the work of their peers and get a chance to win a prize for the best GRADflix showcase. Participants create short videos of 60 seconds or less that summarize their research in a fun, succinct way.
In this workshop, students will learn about the best ways to begin preparing their GRADflix entries. This includes content ideas like timing, distilling research and getting your point across quickly and succinctly, as well as technical tips ideas on the different types of videos that can be created. Don't be daunted, there are plenty of software tools to help you out!
