Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate Program

The Workplace Mental Health Leadership™ certificate program is the first of its kind in Canada, developed in partnership with the Bell Canada Mental Health and Anti-stigma Research Chair and Faculty of Health Sciences at Queen’s University. This program's focus is intended for leaders at Queen's with direct reports.

This program is delivered as online modules. The first module is an asynchronous, eLearning module that needs to be completed prior to the instructor led session on February 5th, 2025. Participants will receive an email with further instructions to access the content and complete Module 1 before February 5th. Modules 2 and 3 will be delivered live online on February 5, 2025, with asynchronous components that will need to be completed within 3 months of this date (before May 5, 2025).

There is a $375 fee associated with this workshop (charged to a participant's department or faculty).

Emotional Intelligence: A Guide to How it Works

In this TELUS Health EFAP seminar, participants will be introduced to the concept of Emotional Intelligence and learn about the connection between their thinking, emotions, and resulting behaviours. They will also have an opportunity to reflect on their learning and think about how they will incorporate Emotional Intelligence into their lives.
