In this workshop, we cover nutrition basics, meal planning and food cost saving strategies. Students who complete the session will leave with an actionable grocery shopping plan and receive a $25 Food Basics gift card, a printed copy of the International cookbook (created by Queen's students) and coupons (subject to availability).
