Wellness Coaching

We offer students free one-on-one peer and/or professional wellness coaching appointments. These 30-minute appointments help students set a personalized health behaviour goal, discuss how to overcome potential barriers and maintain motivation.

Our coaches do not provide therapy or design diet/workout plans. If students need mental health support, they can book a mental health appointment and/or find other supports & resources.

How to book appointments

  1. Visit our online booking calendar
  2. Choose a health behaviour
  3. Select whether the appointment is in-person or virtual
  4. Book 1-3 follow-up appointments as needed

Students need to give 24-hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
