Students must cancel at least 24 hours in advance, or will be charged a fee
Options available:
- Call 613-533-2506 to leave a message on the cancellation line (24/7) or speak to reception during business hours.
- Cancel and/or reschedule appointments in TELUS Health Connect
- Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours prior to booked appointments
- Cancelling is available up to 24 hours prior to booked appointments.
No Show or Late Cancel Fees
Fees must be paid at our clinic in Mitchell Hall within 30 days. If payments are not received, charges will be directly applied to students Queen's SOLUS account. Email wellness.services@queensu.ca for questions about billing, invoices or charges.
Owing money for missed appointments does not prohibit students from accessing services.
Physician or Psychiatry Appointments
- 10-minute appointment – $35
- 20-minute appointment – $70
- 30-minute appointment – $105
- 40-minute appointment – $140
- 120-minute appointment – $210
- Same-day - $35 per appointment
Nursing or Allied Health Professional Appointments
Includes Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Therapists and/or Triage
- $35 per appointment
