We offer appointments to students who are currently enrolled at Queen’s University. Students are expected to stay rostered and connected with existing healthcare providers from home while attending school.

Appointments are available with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, occupational therapists, mental health therapists, triage and wellness coaches. Some are pre-booked and others are same-day but we do not keep a waitlist. If students are having a hard time booking an appointment, please come into our clinic in Mitchell Hall.

Medical/mental health notes (i.e., supporting documentation) are written on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the healthcare provider. These are written for current illnesses/injuries impacting academics and cannot be provided to verify a past illness. Find additional information about what to do  if you’re unwell and it’s impacting your academics.

Following graduation, if students do not have a primary healthcare provider and have been seeing a healthcare provider at Student Wellness Services, care will be wrapped up while the student actively looks for one in the community. Once students have a new healthcare provider, records can be transferred upon request.
