Empower Me

Students at Queen's University have access to additional support through Empower Me, a mental health and wellness service that seeks to contribute to a resilient student community by supporting existing on-campus and Studentcare mental health resources. Empower Me is offered through the Studentcare supplementary health & dental plan which is managed by the Alma Matter Society (AMS) and Society for Graduate and Professional Studies (SPGS)

Empower Me has a number of professionals with various expertise including, psychology, psychotherapy, social work, nutrition etc., to support students and respond effectively to diverse needs. EmpowerMe provides virtual access to therapy, coaching and 24/7 crisis support. 

Undergraduate and MBA students

  • Eligible undergraduate students at Queen's University can benefit from Empower Me services.
  • To access EmpowerMe, create an account on the Dialogue mobile app or on the web at www.studentcare.ca/dialogue.

Note that Console was previously offered by the AMS and will be discontinued as of August 31, 2023 and Empower Me is available Sept. 1, 2023. Stay updated about EmpowerMe on the AMS website

Graduate students
