Mental Health Services

While life at university is exciting and filled with new experiences, it can also be overwhelming. It is common for students to experience feelings of stress, anxiety, low mood and depression; all of which may have an impact on day-to-day activities and basic decision making.

We offer one-on-one appointments with our mental health professionals, groups, events and trainings, plus an online self-directed tool called Therapy Assistance Online (TAO).  Our philosophy is that students receive the level of care they need when they need it.
