We are pleased to announce that we have updated our deposit forms to replace the outdated version built on unsupported software. The new forms simplify the process and ensure the information is accurate.
There are now four (4) separate forms available:
· Canadian Dollar (CAD) Cash Deposit Form
· Canadian Dollar (CAD) Cheque Deposit Form
· United States Dollar (USD) Cash Deposit Form
· United States Dollar (USD) Cheque Deposit Form
Each form includes two tabs:
1. How to complete and submit – providing step-by-step instructions
2. Deposit – which must be filled out, printed, and included with your cash or cheque payment You can find these forms on the Financial Services website here: Deposits | Financial Services
Please ensure you start using the new deposit forms no later than November 14, 2025. Any deposits submitted using the old form after this date will be held until the new form is completed. A member of Financial Services will send the new form via email. Once the new form is received fully completed, the held deposit will be processed. We encourage everyone to begin using the new forms as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions.
