One member from each Faculty/School, as well as student representation:

- School of Business
- Faculty of Education
- Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science
- Faculty of Law
- School of Medicine
- School of Nursing
- The Rector
- AMS Representative
The Associate University Registrar (Student Records and Services) shall be the Chair and the Sub-Committee representative on the Senate Committee on Academic Development and Procedures.
Administrative support will be provided by the Manager, Timetabling, Exams and Teaching Assessment, Office of the University Registrar.
