Thriving in Post-Secondary with Autism

This group is for students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who want support in building skills to enhance academic, social, and personal well-being. Students will learn practical tools for organization, communication, time management, studying, and test-taking. Students will also learn strategies for managing stress and other powerful emotions.
