Classroom assistance made simple

Assistance with Technology and Classroom Presentation Equipment:

For any urgent issues, staff and faculty can call the ITS classroom support team at 613-533-6000, extension 36744.

Please have as much information about your building, classroom number, laptop port, and the issue you are experiencing so that the ITS classroom team can help you troubleshoot. 

For issues related to classroom technology or room audio/visual equipment that are not urgent, please contact the ITS Support Centre or Submit an Issue online to the ITS Support Centre.

Are you connecting a laptop? 

Are you having trouble connecting your laptop to the classroom's presentation equipment? Not all laptops have the same types of ports; you might need an adaptor to connect from the port in your laptop to the presentation equipment in the classroom podium that connects to the projector.
