As Canada Day falls on Wednesday, July 1st this year and the University is closed Thursday, July 2nd, please note the following important payment processing updates:
Wires will not be issued on July 1st. They will resume July 8th. Any wire payments that need to be processed prior to the 8th must be submitted and approved by Monday, June 22nd.
Non-Payroll payments (Electronic Funds Transfer, Automated Clearing House, and Visa Payables Automation) will not be issued on July 2nd.
To ensure a timely processing, please have all vouchers posted and cleared (i.e., error-free) by the end of day Monday, June 29th.
The pay cycle on June 30th will cover all vouchers meeting this deadline and those due and payable up to and including Tuesday, July 7th.
Normal payment cycle will resume the week of July 6th.
