Join our Peer Health Educator (PHE) volunteers for weekly beginner/intermediate runs if you want to start running, increase your distance, improve your time, and/or simply find some running buddies.

How to sign-up:

1. Visit gogaelsgo.com and select "Recreation"
2. Select Register for a Rec Club
3. Register for a QRec Clubs account or sign-in
4. Upon completing registration, you will receive an email
5. Follow the link in the email to pay your club fee
6. Attend your rec club events; our runs!

F2025 dates/times: Mondays at 4pm and Thursdays at 5:30pm

Come pet Oscar, our fluffy golden retriever St. John's Ambulance Therapy Dog and meet his handler John.  No registration required; feel free to drop-in at any point during the hour!  They start on the 4th floor of the JDUC, go to different floors and then move towards Mitchell Hall.
