Specifications - 1-3 Weeks

The first stage of the process is to determine the specifications of the furniture you require. This includes:

  • Measuring rooms
  • Finishes
  • Double-checking against allowable furniture standards.

Once you have determined your specific furniture needs, the furniture supplier will provide a quote. Once the drawings are approved and the quote accepted, a purchase order containing the information regarding your furniture will be sent to the dealer.

Ordering - 3 Days

After our furniture dealer receives your order via purchase order, the specifics of the order are broken down for the manufacturer and sent on to them. The order then goes into production status.

Production - 4 to 5 Weeks

Once the manufacturer receives the order, they first order the materials necessary to construct your furniture. Materials are then received and shaped into the component pieces and packaged. All office furniture is custom manufactured to the specifications that you approved in the drawings.

Delivery - 5 Days

When the furniture is complete it is shipped to the local dealer. The Dealer will the arrange to deliver it to the Queen's location. The dealer will also ensure that the furniture is assembled and installed on site for you.
