Academic Consideration

The Faculty of Arts and Science Protocol for Short-Term Academic Consideration is intended to guide students, instructors and advisors in situations where extenuating circumstances are interfering with a student's ability to complete academic requirements related to a course(s) for a short period of time. If you require consideration, we are here to help.

Academic Petitions & Appeals

We understand that there are occasions when extenuating circumstances may adversely affect your academic performance. The petition/appeal process is available to reconsider the suitability of sanctions or penalties imposed upon a student in light of information brought forward by the student concerning their extenuating circumstances.
