Denise is the Departmental Administrator for the Department of Film and Media at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts. Her duties include both financial and administrative tasks involving students, faculty and the public.

Michelle Bunton is the Financial Assistant for the Department of Film and Media at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts. They are also the Project and Financial Assistant for the Vulnerable Media Lab, and an Instructor at Ayatana's Biophilium: Science School for Artists. Michelle is a transdisciplinary artist and curator currently residing as an uninvited guest in Katarokwi-Kingston. 

Alicia is the Undergraduate Assistant for the Department of Film and Media at the Isabel Centre for the Performing Arts. 

Her academic background includes earning a both a Bachelor of Arts in Music as well as a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University. Currently completing a Masters in Professional Education, her research focuses on leveraging the creative arts to advance equity and social justice within educational institutions. 

While completing her Masters degree, Alicia worked as an educator in the Kingston community. She also worked with Undergraduate Admission and Recruitment at Queen's University as Recruitment Representative where she visited more than one hundred high schools across Ontario, offering guidance to high school students seeking post secondary education.

Helga Smallwood is the Graduate Assistant for the Screen Cultures and Curatorial Studies MA and PhD programs. Helga previously worked with undergraduate students in the Department of Film and Media, in the role of Interim Undergraduate Assistant, and in the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies, in the role of Interim Student Experience Coordinator. Before coming to Canada in 2020, she worked as a Researcher Development Officer at the University of York (UK), and prior to that has over 10 year’s experience in research and academic administration.
