Residence Move-In marks the beginning of a new journey for our incoming students. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with a variety of move-in tasks on Friday, September 4 and Saturday, September 5. Your help and involvement are vital in creating a welcoming environment for our new students, their families and supporters.
Select your availability – you can sign up for a morning, afternoon, evening, or full day shift:
- Friday, September 4 – Evening (4:30–8 pm)
- Saturday, September 5 – Full day (7:30 am – 4 pm)
- Saturday, September 5 – Morning (7:30 am – 12 pm)
- Saturday, September 5 – Afternoon (11:30 am – 4 pm)
Each shift includes a 15-minute check-in period during which volunteers can pick up a t-shirt and meal voucher before heading to their assigned station.
